Posture Therapy is a non-invasive approach to help our bodies sit, stand and move in a way that feels comfortable and healthy. It involves exercises and stretches that focus on the root cause rather than simply masking symptoms.

How do I get Started?

Your Journey to better health can be broken down into three easy steps:

1. Book a Free Consultation

Speak with us directly in a 30-minute virtual session to learn how posture therapy can meet your specific needs. We want to hear your story, including your needs and goals, as well as answer any concerns you may have. Please contact us if you have any questions. We love to assist!

2. Receive Personalized Assessment

Conduct a thorough posture assessment and functional analysis to discover underlying issues and develop a personalized strategy. We are able to determine the root cause of your pain, limits, and where we need to focus first with this thorough assessment. We prioritize education in order to enable you to take charge of your health.

3. Start your Health Journey

Begin your therapy sessions either in-person or virtually from wherever you are. As part of your individualized strategy and goals, you will be taken through a specialized, tailored workout regimen. To keep moving forward, you'll meet with your therapist to assess your progress and discuss your tailored exercise sequence. Reach out to your therapist between sessions to troubleshoot as required.

What to Expect

Each 60 minute session includes:

  1. Posture Alignment Photos - We take photos of you Front, Sides and Back
  2. Assess, Discuss and Identify your posture, muscle imbalances and movement patterns
  3. Develop and go through your Personalised Posture Therapy Exercises and Stretching Plan to correct your posture and improve function. Links to your personal instructional daily 20 minute exercise plan will be sent via e-mail and PTX Therapy app.
