Relief Package (4 Sessions)

The Posture Therapy multi-positioning tower is the bee's knees in Posture Alignment Therapy around the world. It has become a breakthrough in pain, balance and alignment. Using your friend gravity, the Posture Therapy multi-positioning tower passively adjusts and realigns the position of your joints and muscles while you are lying down. Correct use can help to relieve headaches, migraines, neck and shoulder pain, carpal tunnel, herniated discs, lower back pain, sciatica, and hip, heel, knee, and ankle pain.
The Multi-Positioning Tower has a single pedal to do Supine Groin Progressive and a double pedal to do Double Pedal Progressive. It needs a bit of assembling work but easy to do. Once put together it's hard and sturdy as a rock. It weighs roughly 5.35 kg.
We recommend discussing with your posture therapist, or other health care professional, the exercises that will offer you the most relief.

Immediate Pain Relief / Ongoing Session

The Posture Therapy slant board is used to easily correct your postural alignment with the use of your friend gravity. By simply using a wall and standing on the Posture Therapy slant board with your feet pointing straight ahead, the alignment of your head, shoulders, spine, hips, knees and ankles will naturally improve and you will feel more balanced.
The Slant Board is fully assembled. It has 4 Levels that inclines from the range of 10 to 40 degrees. There are 2 panels for the feet to be on and can make them the same or different height. It also has anti-slip tread to help with gripping. It weighs roughly 5.2 kg.
We recommend discussing with your posture therapist, or other health care professional, the exercises that will offer you the most benefit.
